2012 “New Year, New You”- Fitness Challenge
Info: Our 4th Annual New Year Challenge will be for the duration of January, February, and March with the final Weigh-in held on March 31st. In order to be in the Challenge, you must purchase a “Challenge Package” which will include 3 Months of Unlimited Boot Camp sessions, 4 Body Analysis (done on Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 & Day 90) and Nutritional guides and food tip lists. This also includes a professional “Before and After” photo taken by professional photographer, Henrique Lopes.
Pricing: The package pricing can be found on the “Pricing” page. See “New Year Challenge” tab. You may pay on line (debit/credit), cash or check. All payments are due in full, before you begin the Challenge.
Registration: Jan 1-March 31 is exactly 13 weeks. Complete Registration will be offered on Saturday December 31, 8am-10am at Seacrest Soccer Complex, Delray. The only chance for “Before” photos will also be taken at this time. Late Registration: We will also offer a Weigh-in on Saturday January 7, 9:00am-12:00pm at our GZF/ Delray Beach Fit Day. (Located at Old School Square) This will be a Kick-off to the Challenge, marking 12 weeks until the final Weigh-in! We can offer “Before” photos here as well, although it will not be done by our professional photographer on this day.
Body Analysis: This is also known as your “Weigh-in” where we get your weight, Body Fat %, BMI, and waist measurement. This will be done on Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90. There will be two chances to have your first Body Analysis performed…Dec 31st 8-10am and Jan 7th 9am-12pm
Before & After Photos: Professional Photographer, Henrique Lopes, will be taking a “Before” picture on December 31, between the times of 8am and 10am. The “After” photo will be taken at the end of the Challenge. This is optional, but highly recommended.
Nutritional Guidance: When changing your diet and nutrition, it is important to first discuss the plans with your Physician, as everybody is different and has different medical needs. GZF will suggest a proper nutritional plan, a suggested grocery list, and a list of foods to avoid. Proper nutrition is crucial in order to achieve optimum results.
Rules: In order to take a class, receive Nutritional Info, and get a photo and Body Analysis, you first MUST register by making a full payment. There are no exceptions to this. In order to get the best results during the Challenge, we highly suggest that participants attend at least 3 Boot Camps a week, if not more.
