Get a Personalized Fitness Program that you can follow on your own! 

Can’t make Boot Camp? Live out-of-town? Travel a lot? NO PROBLEM!!!

Personalized At Home Programs are designed specifically for the client. Many factors are taken into consideration; age, gender, physical capabilities and/or limitations, health concerns,your schedule, and most importantly your individual GOALS. You will speak to the GZF Trainer and he will design either a SIX week or TWELVE week  fitness program for you to follow. The trainer will also be available via e-mail or phone for any questions, help, or motivation needed during the 6 or 12 week long program.

The Fitness Routines will be designed specifically for you! This will include consultation (to set up program), either a 6 or 12 week fitness routine (both Strength and Cardiovascular Training), Nutritional Meal Plan, Food Guide “Cheat Sheet” & e-mail/phone support from Trainer. (If local, you may also request Body Analysis to be performed at start and end of your program).

“SIX Week” At Home Program: $100 Six Week at home program

“TWELVE Week” At Home Program: $150 TWELVE Week At Home Program

Travel Workout Package: If you are traveling, and would like a personalized travel work out, the GZF Trainer will design 3 routines based on your needs (no gym, no equipment, some gym equipment…etc…) Just let the Trainer know what equipment, if any, you will have access to, and he will design 3 Travel Routines. Please specify if you will be working out outdoors, in a hotel room, at a limited gym ect…

“Three Travel Routines” $50 Three Travel Routines

Add the “Three Travel Routines” to an At Home Program for only $25 Three Travel Routines AHP
