GZF Boot Camp—Delray Beach

Each Boot Camp is titled based on the class type- Very versatile selection to reach maximum results!

Seacrest Soccer Complex 6 days a week

GZF’s class schedule offers a variety of diverse class styles to enable members to participate often, without over-working muscle groups! Classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS, the trainer will show modifications where needed.

Monday Classes

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

7:00am-8:00am

The kettlebell is a versatile tool for all-over body toning. Kettlebell exercises work synergistically as you swing the kettlebell around, so even though you target specific muscle groups your core muscles and other muscles will be used as secondary or assistor muscles Rod

CARDIO-BOXING & CORE

5:30pm-6:30pm


GZF style of Kickboxing! Please bring light hand weights and bands. This is a cardio workout, including Plyometrics, sure to define shoulders, arms, and core as well as lower body. Rod

WONDER WOMEN

This class is for HARDCORE ladies only. This is our female only version of “ManPower” and will include: Pull-ups, Tire Flips, Heavier Weights, and a competition “Queen of the Complex” once a month!  James

7:00am-8:00am

Plyometrics!! Explosive movements using Balance, Agility, and Core. Sure to burn 1000 calories a class! - Willow

DRILLS & THRILLS

6:30pm-7:30pm

Give your muscles a break. This class will increase your speed, agility, endurance & stamina! Drills, Obstacle Courses, hurdles, Plyo, etc. James

MANPOWER

6:30pm-7:30pm

A class for Men Only. Strength and muscle building, heavy weights, pull-ups, tire flips, barbell, etc. Will include a competition, “King of the Complex” once a month! - Rod

Ladies Only-Overall body toning and tightening focusing on a female physique, (inner/outer thighs, glutes, obliques, triceps) Light weight, high reps. Great for women and new Moms as well! - James
