GZF’s class schedule offers a variety of diverse class styles to enable members to participate often, without over-working muscle groups! Classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS, the trainer will show modifications where needed.

Monday Classes

STATION ROTATION

7:00am-8:00am

Total body conditioning and cardio moves – Bands, Weights, Agility MovesWITH USE OF STATIONS Rod

HOT MAMA TO BE

5:30pm-6:15pm

For the “Mom to be” or for moms who are starting to work out after child birth… Low impact workout designed specifically to keep you toned, fit, and active throughout pregnancy Rod

CARDIO-BOXING & CORE

6:30pm-7:30pm

GZF style of Kickboxing! Please bring light hand weights and bands. This is a cardio workout, including Plyometrics, sure to define shoulders, arms, and core as well as lower body. Rod

FAT SHREDDER

8:30am-9:30am

Plyometrics!! Explosive movements using Balance, Agility, and Core. Sure to burn 1000 calories a class! - Rod

Give your muscles a break. This class will increase your speed, agility, endurance & stamina! Drills, Obstacle Courses, hurdles, Plyo, etc. James

MANPOWER

6:30pm-7:30pm

A class for Men Only. Strength and muscle building, heavy weights, pull-ups, tire flips, barbell, etc. - Rod

Ladies Only-Overall body toning and tightening focusing on a female physique, (inner/outer thighs, glutes, obliques, triceps) Light weight, high reps. Great for women and new Moms as well! - James

Every week will be a new work out for the whole body. Two classes (one will be a “Beginner” and one “Advanced” class. Rod & James

Sunday Schedule

SUN, SAND & SCULPTING

8:00am-9:00am

The sand helps sculpt & tone! This class is a total body workout, with use of weights & resistance bands- meet at Delray Beach - James
