GZF’s class schedule offers a variety of diverse class styles to enable members to participate often, without over-working muscle groups! Classes are appropriate for ALL LEVELS, the trainer will show modifications where needed.
Monday Classes

GZF style of Kickboxing! Please bring light hand weights and bands. This is a cardio workout, including Plyometrics, sure to define shoulders, arms, and core as well as lower body. Rod |
