Our training program is designed for ordinary people, looking for an extraordinary fitness program! We dedicate ourselves to each and every client. With the right commitment and support, failure is not an option.
We offer semi-private personal training, as well as One-on-One sessions that you will not see anywhere else.
Both small group and personal training sessions are carefully structured to deliver results.

1 on 1 training
The GZF training method is by far better than any personal training you can get at an ordinary gym. The trainers use the method of muscle confusion, which will prohibit clients from hitting plateaus. The workout sessions will be changed up frequently and the trainers will help you figure out how to trick your body into achieving faster and more intense results.
Semi private training
This is similar to the 1on 1 training concept, except the session will be instructed to a small group of 3-5 clients at a time, using a “Station Rotation” method. You can call us with your group of 3, or we can try to form a group for you! Tandem (two client) Training is also available!
