*This membership is ideal for those who attend 4-6 classes each month. (Part-time members must sign in before each class- Max 6 classes/month).

*Both Monthly  Packages expire each new month. GZF auto-pay is available. Please contact us if you are interested in automatic payment deduction. GZF Policies

**Please make payments or renew packages PRIOR to taking  Boot Camp. A $5 late fee will be added to packages
purchased a session after your due date.**

**If you come to a second unpaid class, you will not be permitted to join class.**

**There are no refunds or extensions for Packages. All memberships are renewed at the 1st of the month**

**Please bring: A mat (or large towel) and water to your first class. Once you join you will need: Resistance Bands & a set of weights (weight of your choice).

    Hi,
    My children play soccer at the soccer field and we saw you out there tonight. I have been really wanting to start my work out regimin again, and just haven’t found the time. This is just perfect! My question is this – my son is 11 years old. He is a football player (well conditioned) however, a bit overweight. Now that football is over, I am looking to keep him in shape and even slim him down some more. Is this program suitable for him as well? I am also looking to sign my husband up. We are all looking to do the 1 month unlimited. Please advise.
